NBC26 Storm Shield Forecast

That steady rain will be slowly ending as we head into the early afternoon. It will be windy out there with falling temps through the 40s into the 30s in the afternoon. With the temperatures dropping below freezing on tonight, some of the standing water is going to freeze with lows dropping into the low to mid-20s. A sunny day welcomes us Friday but with it comes cooler temperatures in the mid/upper-30s. Sunshine & a few clouds for the weekend with highs back in the upper-30s to lower 40s. That's some pretty nice, quiet weather for the hunters. Tracking snow will non-existent with the warmer temps. The milder weather will stick around as we get closer to Thanksgiving.
