Remembrance candle vigil planned for Kelsey Berreth, remembered as 'shining light'

She was not only somebody's daughter, sister, mother, family, friend and coworker, but Kelsey Berreth was a beloved "shining light" on this Earth, a prosecutor said on Monday.
