NBC26 Storm Shield Forecast

A few lingering snow showers carry over into the evening, but by midnight, any leftover snow will be out of our area. Total accumulations out of this whole event will only be 1-2", but that's still enough for a few slippery spots on the roads. Behind this storm system, a strong push or arctic air will drop temperatures into the teens on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, we will wake up with temperatures below zero with afternoon highs between 4-8 degrees. If you are not ready for this yet, we quickly warm up into the mid-30s by the end of the week with a chance of a little snow on Thursday.
