Flames Erupt in Retail Store

Info from Licensor: "Walmart was purposely set on fire by a minor. This was during the Christmas months and created a loud panic over the intercom that can be heard in the video. People of all ages dropped their stuff and ran out of the store. A minor male was seen standing by the fire with an extinguisher, with instant fear and possibly regret on his face.
