This is the moment the Kazakh authorities use drones and horse-mounted cops to catch COVID-19 lockdown breakers in the countryside.

The incident took place outside the city of Almaty, set in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains, in south-eastern Kazakhstan.
