Joe Biden criticizes Trump's handling of coronavirus, lays out his own plan

Former Vice President Joe Biden unveiled a plan to combat and overcome the coronavirus after criticizing the president for his handling of the pandemic.
“Downplaying it, being overly dismissive, or spreading misinformation is only going to hurt us and further advantage the spread of the disease,” Biden said in a speech from Wilmington, Del.
Biden's own plan calls for “decisive public health response to curb the spread of the disease and to provide treatment to those who need it,” he said. “The markets will respond to strong, steady, and capable leadership that addresses the root of the problem, not efforts to cover it up.”
