Andersoon Cooper became a father during the coronavirus pandemic and went on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about being gay. The CNN anchor said he wasn’t denying being gay but didn’t come out until 2012. He said: “It got to the point in my life where not saying something seemed like I was saying something.” Cooper said by not coming out it seemed like he was “ashamed” of being gay. And he didn’t want to project that because he considers being gay “one of the great blessings of my life.”
