Customer Storms Out of Store Over Mask

Info from Licensor: I went to return a DVR to Spectrum and there was this lady waiting in line to return her DVR and when it was her turn the store employee told her kindly to go to her car and get her mask or they can’t talk to her. She started screaming saying, “Why didn’t you tell me this when I walked in I was here all this time.” She walked out to her car to get a mask and I knew she wasn’t going to be happy when she got back so I started recording the second she walked in.
