A subtle way of opening a bottle of champagne

Nikolaj Penzien was enjoying a friend's birthday party at the Hotel d'Angleterre in Copenhagen, Denmark, and decided to open a bottle of champagne using just a glass. He did so by employing an incredibly subtle and exquisitely mastered technique.
