Cooking trick brings down restaurant roof!

Summer Sharp was eating in the Hanahana, a Japanese restaurant in Newcastle, when her friend Claire was invited by the chef to learn a cooking trick. The 30 year old followed all his steps, but was a bit too forceful. She literally brought the roof down!
