Intense rain storm floods street in minutes!

A rain storm in Montevideo, Uruguay flooded one its streets in a matter of minutes. Camilo Jourdan filmed the result of ten minutes of heavy rain. The showers were incredibly intense and it didn't take a lot to leave this street in this state.
