You do not need to know how to prepare dough for empanadas with this recipe, because in this version the empanadas are made with puff pastry. As stuffing they have delicious spinach, with onions and mushrooms, in addition to Manchego cheese, and are ideal for loading and carrying easily anywhere. These empanadas can be eaten warm or at room temperature and are very easy to make.
