Minister of Women in the Presidency Bathabile Dlamini and ANC secretary general Ace Magashule speak at the #TotalShutDown march outside Luthuli House in Johannesburg CBD where hundreds of women in ANC regalia were marching. #TotalShutDown marches took place across the country to highlight and speak out against violence suffered by women and children at the hands of men in the country.
