Mountain Goats and Inline Skating

Snow season is around the corner which means XC skiing, snowshoeing and heavy backpacks. Inline skating is a great way to work on leg endurance and cardio.... and have some fun! Typically I try not to skate off road. A few epic mountain hikes help too before the snow hits.
