Remove LAV MIC background "hissing noise" with REAPER

This is a quick "How To" video for removing background noise with REAPER.

While I was testing out my new LAV MIC I noticed that sometimes I would get a background "hissing noise" and sometimes I would not get a background "hissing noise". For my specific setup, I noticed the "hissing noise" when I connected directly to my iPhone. I did not get the "hissing noise" when I connected directly into my MacBook. In any case, background noise is easy enough to remove.
