Tri Tips Seared in Duck Fat on the Rec Tec - recteq Wyldside Grill - Learn to BBQ

This video is one of a series of videos showing how to cook on the Rec Tec - recteq Wyldside Grill. This one is all about Tri Tips using duck fat to sear. Tri Tips are a great piece of meat but they do need to be cooked hot and fast like a steak and served by cutting against the grain.

This recipe will also work if you have a Santa Maria Style Grill or even an Argentinian Grill.
