How to make Cajeta: Mexican Goat Milk Caramel

One of our favorite things to make with our goats milk is a Mexican caramel called cajeta. When you hear your husband say "It is the best caramel I've ever had", you know you have made something that is a keeper!
You do not need to have raw goats milk to make this. You can use store bought goats milk, so anyone can make this!
