NSA whistleblower says Voting machine glitch are Intentional!!!

This is Bill Binney. He is an NSA whistle blower. Here is his response to the software glitch that happen to take Trump votes and change to Biden. It was hard to believe it was only glitches when they are only one sided which confirms his take or these are intentional programmed to the machine.
