How to Use Cover and Die Less Often

In this video I cover the basics of using cover. Proper use of cover is the most important skill a player can develop to increase their effectiveness on the field. Although it is not complicated there are SEVERAL common errors that even experienced players make when using cover that result in them getting hit. I address those errors in this video and provide four basic rules to using cover correctly.
