What happens if the President does not concede?

This video explains the 12th amendment to the Constitution and how it MIGHT come into play in this election. Although he does not specifically state this, I don't think this can play out in this manner unless the Supreme Court decides in favor of the President's suits in one or more states accused of having election indiscrepancies.
