Philadelphia Police Searching for Shooting Suspect

On November 13, 2020 at 8:51 am, and unknown black male was captured on surveillance video firing a handgun at a passing vehicle on the 2300 block of Cleveland St. Ballistic evidence was recovered from the scene. Area hospitals were checked for a gunshot victim with negative results.
