Voter fraud testimony from aprox. 2006 on the 2000 election

Clint Curtis, a software programmer, is giving testimony on a program he wrote for Republican Congressman Tom Feeney while working for Yang Enterprises in Florida. This testimony was giving in an Ohio hearing on voter fraud. It was about the 2000 general election.
