Sardine Sandwich

I made a Sardine Sandwich
I usual use Sardines in Oil --- although I have ate ones with mustard and hot sauce. I made my version of guacamole ( 3 avocados, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, lemon juice) --- Whole Wheat toast -- it was delicious.
