Human Implantable Quantum Dot Microneedle Vaccination System and Luciferase

I look into the past into articles that began to surface as early as 2018 referencing the microneedle system and its possible different implementations. Two separate articles appeared on the same day in December, 2019 shortly before Covid came into the public consciousness. Is nano technology being introduced into the human body as well as aluminum and copper? If so, what frequencies do these things emit and who gets the information? What are the human implications of this untested technology and why is the fact that a chemical named luciferase is being used in this technology and the public is not being informed about it.
