Instead, we focus on the truth, and the truth is that GSA Administrator Emily Murphy was berated, harassed, and threatened by scores of online attackers! Though she doesn't credit this as her main reason, I have a sneaking suspicion that this and President Trump's empathy for the situation led to the development. She would NOT have mentioned it in her letter to Biden if the leftist attacks did not bother her (yes there is a letter).
