1997 Batavia IL Tornado

A small tornado spun up on a storm in N IL. More specifically it was an F0 QLCS tornado on a severe line of storms. This storm was significant in the area and led to many changes in the Emergency management efforts in storm spotting as this tornado was a surprise. There was not survey, but you can hear police confirm in video.
