Did You Know that John Hancock, President of the Continental Congress, was marked for assassination by the British government? Hancock had a bounty on his head and British troops were on their way to collect that bounty. That is when Paul Revere decided to step up and save Hancock in what is now known as Revere's "Midnight Ride".
