10Km walking in Pathum Thani, Thailand

I am on a 9 months covidhoax lockdown in Thailand where I only eat and sleep besides recording videos and having motorbike accident. I gained 7 Kg weight in the first 7 months but I manage to reduce it a bit now. Today I decided to have a 10Km walking and reduce my belly size because I need to look more in form to meet Thai ladies.
In 2 days I already reduce 1.1Kg with the walk. BUT! when I arrived home I went for a beer, NO GOOD!
