Risk Factors are expressed in NUMBERS

Vaccine Risks are currently supplied to the public with unsubstantiated and FALSE slogans like "rare". The word rare is not a term of science or math and it fails to supply a foundation from which we may "evaluate the risk/benefit ratio" of vaccination. A "ratio" is a term of MATH and it requires NUMBERS.
