Is your church or school encouraging the practice of Mindfulness? It's taught as a way to relax and calm down.
What it actually is... is a form of Easter meditation. Yes, Mindfulness is calming because eastern mediation is all about calming your inner self... achieving inner quiet... And it works... but you are opening yourself to Satan and demons...not God. Mindfulness is not a Biblical practice.
