S8E4 - Vinyl Masked Decorative Electro-Etching of AR Lowers

This is a project done to comply with the marking of so called 80% lowers. As an individual, you are (if not otherwise prohibited) allowed as an non licensee to make a firearm not otherwise prohibited providing it belongs to you. Problems exist if and when it is stolen or you wish to transfer or give it away. The recipient would not have hade it for personal use and some states require it to be serialized. This was an at home project.
