Sandy and I hiked the Appalachian Trail from Newfound Gap to Charles's Bunion......and back. It was a total of 8 miles. Whew! The hike was taxing. Taxing....yet.....the journey was beautiful high Appalachian scenery and forest! I have new orders....no more rugged 8 mile hikes!
