In this video, I am preparing a skirt steak roast and stuffing it with a variety of veggies. the stuffing is made with potato, carrots, sweet pepper, hot pepper, honey peas, dill, ginger, and thyme. Hope you enjoy the video and try to do this at home for yourself. What came out was something without exaggeration, delicious!
