In October 2020 (pre-election), Gov. Andrew Cuomo told Americans they really "should be" skeptical of an FDA-approved, fast-tracked coronavirus vaccine.

Now, in December 2020 (post-election), Gov. Cuomo is calling for a "public education campaign" to push the vaccine on Americans.
