Kayak Rudder install Lifetime Tamarack 100 low budget.

Here is one way to install a low budget rudder to this kayak. I have had this out on the water many times with it and it does work well. While there could be all sorts of ways to lock it centered, or make it to steer, this is just one way that is working for me.
