how the other person stands there a moment: the body language seems to indicate to me that she is hateful and expecting: if this were real she would not be this way and not suspect what comes next.
Also how the guy opens the door to the car is not 'normal body language of someone who's just routinely leaving for something naturally" to me.

I see no bullet holes or windows broken in that car, so actually no kill shots were fired at all (a real killer would have shot right away).
