SCOTUS Rejects Texas Case.

The US Supreme Court refused to hear a lawsuit brought by Texas state attorney general Ken Paxton on the Grounds that the state of Texas does not have standing to bring the suit. This was a procedural ruling and NOT a ruling on evidence or merit of the case.

Republicans and conservatives still have several legal avenues that they are perusing but the number of pathways is diminishing and time is running out.

The gap between the left and the right is growing and some say we have reached the point where this gap is to large to be bridged and we need to consider other options.
