								This is a video on BBQ pork butts done on a traditional pit.
Recipe: Inject 17-19 pounds of pork butts w/ 1 TBS concentrated liquid smoke, 2 TBS Creole salt mix, 3 TBS dark brown sugar, 1 can apple juice concentrate and smoke in pit until done (6-8 hrs).
