Rumble Ticket Glitch ?

Did I just discover a way to manipulate the rumble ticket system.

Please note: I did not intentionally seek a way to do this, I was just curious if it really was just that ez. it lead me to being able to simply glitch it. this video only shows the end state. no i will not post the confirmed set up process.
