Spectrum and Ruko fighting over fee for service

This is a news story I did to inform you that spectrum is ripping it's customer and some customers are fed up.

Most want to go to hulu or you tube but cant because spectrum also throttles there internet speed in order for to watch those two you have to be on a higher band they say.
