								When making your own sausages, summer sausages or bologna you need to know about how much fat to add into the mixture. Or at least if you are using pork or beef, you should know which cuts of meat to buy and if they need fat or not added.
The proper amount of fat in your sausages can actually make the spices more accessible to your tongue and improve the flavor. Plus no one likes dry, crumbly sausages.
