1/2 cup lukewarm water
3/4 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp instant active yeast
1 Tbsp melted butter
2 cups bread flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp basil
(feel free to add more herbs)
