Hell For The Holidays

I wrote this song in 2013 and have donated all profits to children's charities ever since.

"Peace On Earth", upon their door,
Sugar-plums in their dreams.
But Santa Clause forgets their door,
No happy little screams.
Mommy's in the bedroom crying,
Daddy's working late
The little ones, they don't know why,
There's nothing on their plates.

O come all ye faithful!
Hear the children Pray!
Hoping for anything more,
Than hell for the holidays

Of the many things we'll get this year,
Who will hear the call?
Of peace on earth, good will to man,
Those both big and small?
Forget them not the little ones
the precious girls and boys
A gift to them, not much for you,
The simplest of joys
