Lt. General Thomas McInerney says we have a major problem with high treason. If SCOTUS does not take their responsibility, President Trump needs to use the constitution, invoke the insurrection act, declare martial law, set up military tribunals (because judiciary have failed to examine gross violations), and suspend habeas corpus. And he needs to start making arrests.
