• What is going on with corporate America?
• Seems to me that discussing diversity, inclusion, and equity (DIE) is more important than profitability
• I thought corporations existed to make money. If that is the case, then should they care what the employee looks like?
• Are we seeing the "feminization" or corporate America - moving from a masculine competitive capitalist model to a feminist communist model?
• Is this why they care more about having parties, benefits and turning your workplaces into a surrogate "family" instead of a for-profit business?
