Tulsi Gabbard Looks To Repeal The Patriot Act and Limit Abortions. Not Very 'Democrat' Now Are We?

In concert with the two great bills that Hawaii's favorite Representative proposed in the past few days, Tulsi Gabbard is back at it again tackling the Patriot Act, FISA and Abortion?

While the Patriot Act was a Republican Piece of legislation (Thanks W), it received overwhelming support from Democrats at the time, due to its expanding of government power and 'muh 9/11' hysteria. Tulsi and Republican Thomas Massie look to repeal the act and also curtail the powers of FISA and the FISA Courts.

A strange but welcome challenge comes in the form of two House Resolutions on Abortion. Normally a Republican issue, Tulsi looks to potentially curbing advanced stage abortions and babies who survive attempted abortions. If she wasn't leaving the Democrat party at the end of this current congress, this would have signed her resignation for her.
