Why can't I Meditate? Don't be so hard on yourself. You can use ANY music to help you meditate! There’s no right or wrong way to meditate. Use whatever works to quiet your mind. I “popped” out of my body and into a greater reality while listening to rock music. This video explains how my favorite music set the stage for my spiritual awakening. Don’t limit yourself to traditional “zen” music if it doesn’t resonate!
