I hope you have clearance for this. The storm that Bleeds is a manifestation of anomalous rain followed by the arrival of an ancient submarine filled with bizarre entities. SCP-1861 requires full force from the Foundation to contain this Keter level threat. Ironically, the Diver entities consider themselves saving people from the blood rain and seek out to "rescue" as many people as possible. They take them back with them in their sub, but are they really what they think they are?
