酒Rum , Brandy, whisky 80g

mixed dried fruit and rum and mix well, cover until next day 干果和兰姆酒拌匀，盖紧，浸泡过夜,（我自己浸泡5天）

油盐牛油 salted butter 200g
棕糖 brown sugar 120g
鸡蛋 egg 4
中筋面粉 plain flour 200g
泡打粉 baking powder 1tsp
肉桂粉Cinnamon powder 1tsp
香精 vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
坚果 Nuts 70g
