【91】無症状の人はウイルスを出すのか？ - 大橋眞

今回問題となっている感染症の問題において、無症状の人が感染源になるという話から、マスク、自粛、3密を避ける、イベント中止、新しい生活提案などの問題につながりました。前回紹介した無症状の人が感染源になるという科学的論文は、実証的なものでなく、推測にすぎないのです。それでは、実際に無症状の人は、どのくらいのウイルスが検出されているのでしょか。これについては、わが国では一切公表されていません。
　中国の例が、世界的な医学雑誌のひとつNature Medicineに掲載されています。リアルタイムPCRのサイクル数で示されているデータを、ウイルス数に換算します。そうすると対数平均で、無症状者、有症状者ともに3-40コピーという値になります。このウイルス数では、他の人に感染させることも不可能であり、有症状者における症状も説明できません。すなわち有症状者の原因となってる病原体は、このウイルスではなく、一般風邪、インフルなど別のウイルスであると考えられます。また、すぐに感染が広まるようなウイルスではなく、PCR陽性者はすでに持っていたウイルスが検出されたのに過ぎないと考えるのが妥当です。
　マスコミ報道は、感染拡大や濃厚接触者などの表現により、このウイルスが非常に感染力が強いという印象操作をしているようです。実際の実証実験や、実証に近い観察事項でないことに注目すること必要です。このように、非常に一方的に偏った報道は、国民をある方向に誘導する目的があると思われます。

It is also reasonable to assume that PCR-positive individuals have only detected the virus they already have, rather than a virus that spreads quickly.
The media reports seem to make the impression that this virus is extremely infectious due to the spread of infection and expressions such as close contacts. It should be noted that it is not an actual demonstration experiment or an observation item close to the demonstration. In this way, very one-sided coverage seems to have the purpose of guiding the people in a certain direction.
